“We brought our two Bernese Mountain Dogs, Louie and Louise, in for grooming, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment we arrived, it was a warm, welcoming, and clearly comfortable working with large breeds. Louie and Louise both have thick coats and can be a bit of a handful, but Ashton handled them with such care and professionalism. They came back looking amazing—super soft, beautifully brushed out, perfectly trimmed, and smelling fresh. Most importantly, they seemed happy and relaxed afterward! It’s not easy finding a place that can manage double the fluff, but she absolutely nailed it. We really appreciated the attention to detail, gentle handling, and how comfortable the whole process seemed for our pups.
